From that belief, she began building the organisation herself — establishing partnerships, structuring operations, and shaping the standards that guide FRV from its earliest days. She leads with precision and intent, while fostering a positive and supportive working environment that keeps the team grounded and inspired. She ensures that every program and every team decision aligns with the organisation’s core vision of accessibility, professionalism, and meaningful community impact. To her, leadership is not symbolic; it is the daily commitment to creating a learning environment where every child has the confidence and opportunity to grow.
